[UX Design] Tagging / Annotating additions

We'd like the Burr UI to also facilitate things like annotating or "tagging" the traces that the Burr tracker captures.

For example, I want to annotate whether the result of one action was 👍 or 👎 so I can curate good and bad things. With the bad things I might want to then in another view see them all, similarly with the good ones, and then take various actions with them, e.g. download them. Or create test cases from them.

Where would we fit a tagging / annotating workflow here?

What would a view then look like that shows all the 👍 or 👎 tags/annotations across a project?

• design how one might annotate / tag various steps in a trace.
• design what an aggregate view over this might look like for a project
