Add linking of read/write on telemetry UI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. See screenshot --- we know what fields from state this reads/writes to, but it would be nice to see who reads it.

If we're taking in an input, it's nice to know who produced it!

Describe the solution you'd like

Some ideas:

1. When highlighting the "prompt" above, look for the other actions that write that and highlight (same for read)
2. Click an expand icon to show the actions next to the list of state I/O and click on those to go to the latest that wrote that.
3. Highlight in graph -- see the edges + label them

Describe alternatives you've considered Come up with your own! Goal is to attach the output to an input and visa versa. We have all the information, we just have to display it.
