command_name大于15个字符的时候会被截断

Describe the bug (描述bug) command_name大于15个字符的时候会截取前15个字符，比如：command_name="myhelloworldprocess"，bvar中的read_command_name函数会返回"myhelloworldpro"，而不是"myhelloworldprocess"。
