Do we need configurable TCP_KEEPIDLE, TCP_KEEPCOUNT, TCP_KEEPINTERVAL?

  1. Please describe the feature you are requesting. Add relevant configuration items for Bookkeeper server and client

  2. Indicate the importance of this issue to you (blocker, must-have, should-have, nice-to-have). Are you currently using any workarounds to address this issue? The default idle time for SO_KEEPALIVE is 2 hours, which is too long. In container scenarios, it will affect the recovery time of failures.

If this is necessary, I will be happy to do it, please assign the task to me!
