[Task]: Upgrade to Pandas 2.2.3 or above once available
What needs to happen?
A known issue in Pandas might affect Python 3.12 users: https://github.com/pandas-dev/pandas/issues/57500.
Once a fix is released, we should upgrade.
As part of the upgrade, we should add postcommit dependency compatibility tests for Pandas 2.1, and Pandas 2.2.
