[Playground] [Infrastructure] Uniform code style for python scripts

fixes #22388

Python scripts that updates examples in Playground project during CI/CD running were not formatted uniformly. it makes them hard to read, so it has been formatted uniformly

PyCharm configuration:

• Tab size: 4
• Indent: 4
• Continuation indent: 6

In addition, code style was formatted according to https://www.flake8rules.com/
