I just rebased master to get rid of the CI failures
@jorisvandenbossche I think the CI failures have nothing to do with it.
By the way, do we want to move to mambaforge at some point?

Or micromamba? (https://mamba.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user_guide/micromamba.html) Which should speedup the conda/mamba installation step (the cli itself, not the environment).
It seems we already use mambaforge for the conda-based docker builds, just not for the minimal build example.
