[ARIES-2089] Component definition element exception

Please use this as an base idea only

It adds the XML node path to the exception message which should help a lot to debug wrong modifications to your blueprint and therefore flatten the learning curve for blueprint beginners.

This introduces a Sub-Exception to a well defined one (by OSGI Compendium). Question: Is this OK or a NoGo?

I did not test a full coverage and cannot test anymore, so please use this PR only as a base idea and modify anything to you liking (or copy into your own PR).
