docs: deploy go runner in apisix Ingress controller

Issue description

Currently there is no standard way to deploy GoRunner in APISIX Ingress Controller in the documentation, I think we should supplement relevant documentation. I'm not sure if this issue is better created in the current project or in apisix-helm-chart, please help move if there is a problem.
