Install apisix-0.7.2 from helm（RKE），fail to connect external etcd cluster

etcd config： image gateway tls： image apisix container log： image curl in container： image

The ca,cert and key used by etc are consistent with the certification used by curl.

You should use the latest APISIX image (such as 2.10.2) so that the mTLS features are supported.
