[Improvement]: add snapshot.producer for operation in snapshot list

What would you like to be improved?

Currently, we have only added a display for the snapshots generated by Optimizing. We should also display it for operations like snapshot expire.

How should we improve?

1. add snapshot.producer info to snapshot produced by expiring snapshot etc.
2. BE return the producer of the snapshot
