Issue: Need to update net.sf.ehcache:ehcache dependency.

Changes: Updated net.sf.ehcache:ehcache dependency. Excluded net.sf.ehcache:ehcache dependency for unwanted library import.

How was this patch tested?

Validated ambari-server and ambari-metrics start successfully.
