AMBARI-25843 : Update Zookeeper version in Ambari

What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Issue: Zookeeper version needs to be updated

Changes: Updated zookeeper version for required modules.

How was this patch tested?

Validated clean compilation and ambari-server start successful.

Zookeeper 3.8.1 is the current release and 3.7.1 the latest stable release. Shall we use 3.7.1 in this case?

Thank-you @virajjasani, makes sense, I thought of going with minimal available version upgrade, will update the zookeeper version to 3.7.1

Thanks @vishalsuvagia. Btw this patch would also be applied to the default branches of ambari-metrics, ambari-logsearch and ambari-infra correct? I am not aware if we have QA builds running for these repos though.

Please raise PR for branch-2.7. 2.7.7 release already given and we'll not plan to give any release there.
