AMBARI-25720. Support Apache Directory Server

What changes were proposed in this pull request?

  • support using Apache Directory Server as a kerberos backend
  • remove "RC4" encryption type from the default value
    • RC4 encryption is not allowed on ApacheDS. (https://github.com/apache/directory-server/commit/d8320653ac5f69f2e1d4c0ae1b7c2a23493ad11d)

How was this patch tested?

  • manually tested with ambari cluster made by docker compose

It will not be applicable with the latest apache directory server because it dropped supporting kerberos. (https://github.com/apache/directory-server/pull/46)
