Add pattern for split Log to independent messages

Add two ways to fix the difference between logs which stores in files and logs in UI:

1. Custom re.pattern which can split whole log into "real" messages
2. Disable deduplication of log lines

Oh, sorry, did not notice the PR. We fixed our log problem meanwhile by improvments in DockerOperator to ensure that empty lines are always pre-fixed with the log timestamp header/log formatter prefix.

But yeah, code that emits multi-line logs and/or manual line-breaks is still affected.

Can you fix the test problems? Then I can make a review.
