Requesting a workflow feature

Requesting a GitHub workflow feature that builds and releases in a given period of time or after a merging to the main branch.

Right now it is being done manually.

Created a PR https://github.com/apache/airavata-mft/pull/116 that addresses this issue. The workflow is triggered once a tag is created.
