Support for asyncpg, for python driver

Describe the solution you'd like I want asynchronous support for python driver. So, I want support of age with asyncpg, currently, it supports only psycopg2.

asyncpg is 3x times faster than the psycopg2.

It will be helpful, if it can be done.
