Preparing for release 1.0.0:

  • Added NOTICE and LICENSE file
  • Added License headers to all the source files
  • Added RELEASE notes
  • Versioned the necessary files

@eyab All .json files in this PR need their comments/license info removed. JSON does not support comments.

Edit: If Apache requires all files to have comments, see the package.json file for an example of how to add them
