AMQ-5045 correct the default directory for the KahaDB persistenceAdapter.

What problems does this PR solve? Fixes a mistake in the kahadb web page which states activemq-data as the default directory. The correct directory is kahadb.

Why is it beneficial to merge into ActiveMQ? Accurate documentation avoids confusion and misconfiguration.

How do you make sure this PR is well tested? Ran serve.sh and verified that the local http://127.0.0.1:4000/components/classic/documentation/kahadb page had an updated directory value.
