Hey! Default configuration does not contain office voice/video calls. Video chats are based on [LiveKit](https://livekit.io) so if you LiveKit Cloud account, you can set up the calls.

@saif-malik-01 what version do you use? We have known issue that have been fixed in recent versions. It should also help if you restart `workspace` container
