File "Kind" in Finder reports using other language in Catalina

👉 This, as #453, seems will never be fixed in Catalina. Upcoming Big Sur has it fixed anyway.

Hi. Running Catalina. Noticed Keka is assigning 7Z file "Kind" in finder using another language when English is localized. Screen Shot 2019-10-28 at 9 17 14 AM

This is related to #453. Already reported to Apple but no reply yet (FB7365951).

There's a problem in Catalina which fails to properly make file associations, that renders in no icons and random descriptions.

Please report this one to Apple using the Feedback Assistant app, that is bundled in macOS.
