Additional context
I don't exactly know what the error is even for, since no file is corrupted and I tried to download it multiple times. It's really frustrating, and if there isn't a solution or solve to this bug, is it possible to get a refund. I would not want it to come to this scenario though...
It also says couldn't recognize archive format, and I don't exactly know how to fix that either...
What you are downloading is a Windows app.
They don't seem to offer Mac software.
You might have luck with https://openrgb.org as an alternative.
(Nothing to do with Keka)
@veerajsarkar30-a11y as @gingerbeardman suggested you’ve downloaded a ZIP that can be extracted and contains a Windows executable that is not compressed so it can’t be uncompressed.
oh... well thats sad to hear. @gingerbeardman is there any way I can use openrgb for my windows keyboard or no?
@veerajsarkar30-a11y i think the chances are slim but it's your only option for macOS. Maybe you could configure keyboard on Windows and then bring to Mac?
That's all the help I can suggest.
