[REQ] Bzip3 extraction support

Yet another exotic compression type I have stumbled across during data consolidation and standardisation.

Please consider support for .bz3 and tar.bz3 extraction support. https://github.com/kspalaiologos/bzip3 There is sample .bz3 files in the Bzip3 Github releases page. Also please +1 consideration for tar.liz LZ5/Lizard extraction support. Can provide a few sample files on request.
