Keka produces app that doesn't start when extracting

Configuration

  • Keka version: [e.g. 1.1.24 (3421)]
  • macOS version: [e.g. 10.14.6 (18G2022)]

Describe the bug

Unarchiving a files produces app that can't be started.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to and download 'https://support.certsign.ro/tools/IDProtectClient_7.61.00_Mac.zip'
  2. Use keka to extract
  3. Double click on app
  4. See that it doesn't start

Expected behavior

The Unarchiver app on macOS produces a good app that can be executed.

Additional context

The app is safe, it's a driver from signature token provider.

Be sure you're opening it with Keka. macOS Ventura lately is reverting the default opening of ZIP files to the macOS tool instead of Keka and I've just checked the bundled extraction tool produces a unusable app.

Using keka 1.1.30 from the website

Be sure you're opening it with Keka. Right click on the file -> Open With -> Keka or drop the file to the Keka icon or window.
