I'm following the instructions for Apple Silicon and not quite sure how to proceed. Which parts do those specific commands replace?

For all installations, do I activate the snakemake-minimal environment before proceeding with the other installations? When I want to run the workflow, do I activate both snakemake-minimal and qiime2-2023.5?
