Is the highlight-share plugin GDPR compliant like https://github.com/heiseonline/shariff?

Great question @arinker — yes, it is. Luckily this plugin does not store any cookies or other data and essentially acts as a referrer to other services (Facebook, Twitter, etc.). I'll keep this issue open as a reminder to add this info to the README. Thanks!
