Synchronizing the video failed

Current Behavior

iOS client cannot synchronize videos normally, whether receiving or sending out. My test results are as follows: PC->Android✅ PC->IOS❌ Android->Others❌ IOS->Others❌

Expected Behavior

iOS can also sync videos.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Upload video via pc client;
2. Waiting for synchronization;
3. Check the synchronization results on IOS devices

- OS: iPadOS 17.3.1
- Version: 0.27.1
