Clear and concise description of the problem

Was wondering if it would be possible to add a dialogue or menu for changing whether or not Anytype uses a proxy. My use case is I want to use it with the Tails OS, but this would be helpful for people who use a proxy or VPN etc.

Suggested solution

Not sure how it would be done, but maybe add a dialogue from the top bar under setting.
