Relation of the Status and Tag types cannot be deleted

Current Behavior

1. Create a new Relation for testing (Status or Tag type)
2. Enter some content and press Enter to create an Option.
3. Click the Option menu and click the Delete button. It cannot be deleted. Error in Console

This did not happen in the warehouse before my migration. Is it the lock caused by the migration?
