Add link to known issue for alsa-only setups

There is an issue with steam, proton and alsa-only systems with multiple sound cards. /etc/asound.conf isn't honored by proton and instead it must be copied to ~/asoundrc See: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/7376 https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-runtime/issues/344
