games-util/esteam: Verbose reports all changes to @esteam

We really need this kind of info for developing purposes. Maybe it would be much better to add new --debug/-d option but functions.sh doesn't provide edebug and users who use this script especially with verbose info are probably developers.

I'm not bumping esteam version because i'm gonna test more games in a few days and this is more like an idea pull request.

Sorry I never got around to this. The latest version groups the entries in the set file by game, which basically gives you the same information in a more permanent form. Does that work for you?
