Videos longer than 26:30:00 don't work past that spot

Steps to Reproduce

Play https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1263143821 and skip past 26:30:00

I think this is a really old bug, I remember stumbling into this years ago on long GDQ videos, but I forgot about it.

There was this problem https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/issues/17907, but it has been fixed in Kodi v19. https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/18793

A similar situation occurs in Kodi 21.2, in my case.

When it reaches that timestamp, the video continues playing but it freezes and closes if you try to skip ahead in it. If you try to access it again from the selector starting from 26:30:00, it's impossible.
