Allow reading IRC chat without OAuth token

I haven't used this plugin myself, just read the README, where it says that you need an OAuth token for IRC functionality.

Maybe this is already implemented / known, but if not, it might help you improve your project: an OAuth token is not required to connect to Twitch IRC read-only. See here. Of course, this does not allow a user to send messages to chat.

If this feature is already there, ignore me and close this. Thank you!
