Low latency mode?

I know this is supported on desktop chrome and the Android app. Not sure if there's anyway to support it here. I've noticed if I pull up the same stream on my phone and this app, it's always about 5 seconds behind

streamlink accomplished this here: https://github.com/streamlink/streamlink/pull/2513 I don't know if it would also require some changes to the inputstream.adaptive plugin
