We should move [References](https://github.com/anvilresearch/connect/wiki/References) from the old wiki into this repository.
In order to provide a nicer front to users other than a GitHub repository with markdown files in it, I think we should seriously consider a tool such as [Sphinx](http://www.sphinx-doc.org/)...
`server.md` has become far too bloated and comprehensive in its scope. I recommend splitting out into different files, e.g. `providers.md`, `email.md`

We need a section that indexes example repos like the [AngularJS app](https://github.com/anvilresearch/connect-example-angularjs) and links in appropriate places throughout the docs.
