Add option to ignore commits with more than n changed files

There might be commits with a large number of files in them (changed naming convention or project restructure for example). It would be nice to have an option to ignore a commit that has more than n changed files to filter them out.

I would suggest that commits where files are only 'moved' instead of 'modified' can be ignored
