docs: Update readme_cn.md

Hello my friends, I really like your project, and recently when I reread the zh-CN README file, I found it's pretty old than your new README in English, so I updated it and also corrected some expressions to make them more in line with the Chinese tone.

However, according to the difference between Chinese and English, I met a problem when translating, I have no choice but only delete this emoji or this hyperlink cannot be generated (IDK why actually). See here👇

Everything else was done very well, hope that mistake won't weigh a lot.
