Content of search bar overflows in navbar

Describe the bug

If you search something with long text like "Promote the use of sanitary napkins among rural women" in the search bar and scroll down, the search bar move to nav bar and the content inside the navbar overflows on the navbar itseld.

How to recreate the issue:

1. Go to For Doners > Discover Fundraisers
2. Type anything with long text, for example "Promote the use of sanitary napkins among rural women".
3. Now scroll down, you will see the cotent overflown in the navbar.

Expected behavior

The content in the search box should not overflow. Search box should only show initial lines of the search content and adjust like "Promote the ..."
