Add color picker

I'm surprised there isn't any color picker

my proposition where color picker would fit:

1. Open color picker menu upon clicking on chosen colors. Currently when you click on those blocks nothing happens except selecting them.
2. There's free space next to hex color input. It's possible to add an additional block next to it or before the # to pick a color.

@Rademenes16 Hi thanks for pointing this out.

We've thought about this and keeping it on hold until we fix/redesign the customizer to have enough space without overcrowding things.
