can not successfully be synced and is unable to reload the software or close. Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS 64-bit

are you using the Snap, deb, or AppImage? Was the app working fine before and did you just start facing this issue? Can you launch the app from your terminal and send me the error logs or output? Have you tried to reset the app using the menubar at the top?
