Help logging in

Hi, I cant log in to my account i get a white screen after entering my email 2022-04-21_01-30

Oh, that is weird.

  1. Can you try to navigate back to login screen using Navigate > OneNote Home?
  2. Is it a fresh install of the app? snap or deb or AppImage package?
  3. Can you try doing an app reset? Help > Reset App - Everything ?
  4. Do you have a business account? As I understand, business accounts work a bit differently. Since I do not have one, I have no way of testing for that.

It could just be a temporary problem at Microsoft's end, as this app doesn't control any login/auth or user data. That's all Microsoft.

it seems that the business account require POST instead of GET

I get this error with the business account: Request Id: d700b2bd-7057-4f09-be40-1f1f27fa4200 Correlation Id: 28b1472c-8c9f-4acb-82f5-283b421ece39 Timestamp: 2022-06-14T18:55:43Z Message: AADSTS900561: The endpoint only accepts POST requests. Received a GET request.

Oh, I see. The wrapper app I've made does not handle login and authentication. It is all done by Microsoft. This app just takes you to the OneNote portal.

But I'll check if there is a separate portal for business account users.

I have the same issue with a business account. Installed with snap on Ubuntu 20.04.
