AntV 2.x scroller plugin transitions leave animation in bad state

Describe the bug

After transitionToPoint, the next time I call transitionToPoint there is no animated transition, and the onTransitionEnd callback doesn't occur.

The workaround I found is to call "transitionToPoint" with the same PointLike parameter a second time inside the onTransitionEnd callback. This fixes the internal state and subsequent calls work fine.

Note: the same problem exists for transitionToRect.
