Window Control buttons completely missing after Desktop Crash

Description of the issue:

I don't really know how to explain this well, but I'm facing a really odd issue where I can't seem to get the close, min/maximize and hide in activity manager buttons to re-appear after a KDE crash, which the desktop was able to recover from.

Steps to Reproduce:

Simply put, I was managing widgets on my menubar. And then the desktop crashed, and then restarted. I don't know if thats actually what is happening, but thats how I'd describe it. Now, none of the window controls buttons want to appear, I've tried switching to different themes, changing some settings inside the buttons section, even logged out and logged back in. Still gone.

Other notes:

A small thing that kinda bothers me is that there is no scale controls for the actual buttons -- When they were working, they were way too big, and I couldn't find any way to downscale them to match their window-frame counter parts.

Should probably add - This is not an insanely big issue for me right now, as I can just alt-drag windows out of maximization. But its a bit annoying that I can't really have that much of a consistent look for my desktop right now.

Thanks! Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce the issue and cannot see anything wrong in the logs. Plasma had some issues related to the Edit panel mode, hope this problem will be resolved in some incoming release.

Fortunately for me I had to reinstall my system recently (new laptop) so I also had to reinstall this addon. I haven't encountered the same issue since, but figured it was worth keeping the issue report up until the problem was properly resolved. I'm guessing I just got a really randomly specific glitch that normally would never happen, and would also not be surprised if it wasn't at all your fault, but rather KDE's. Anyway, I've since been able to use this no problem. Thanks for taking the time to look into this either way.
