Only the window text and icon is used for mouse actions, spacers and free space over and under the text not included

When I use a for example a mouse click or mouse drag action it is working only on the window text itself. When I click the space over or under the text nothing happens. Also the spacers don't work for the click actions either.

It seems like only the window text itself and the icon is used for the actions. Spacers, margins and so on don't trigger theese actions.

Seems to work now. Thank you :) Edit: I was to early on closing, sorry for that unnecessary spam. It works on the title but not on the spacers.
