Feature request: Support KEP-4444 (Routing Preference for Services) in AntreaProxy

Describe the problem/challenge you have KEP-4444 (Routing Preference for Services) has been introduced in K8s v1.30. A new field trafficDistribution is added to Service spec. Please refer to this link https://github.com/kubernetes/enhancements/tree/master/keps/sig-network/4444-service-routing-preference for more information.

Describe the solution you'd like

Support the new field in AntreaProxy.

Anything else you would like to add?

  • [ ] bump up k8s.io/api to v0.30.0 (not release right now)
