Can't open files with "special" characters on the filename or filepath. Get a SQLITE_ERROR when initializing Tad

When I try to open csv files with special characters like ç,á,ê,é,ã,õ, etc, in the filename or filepath I get a SQLITE_ERROR...

Is it just me? I couldn't find this issue being brought up before.

It's easy enough to bypass this error (just put it in another folder and/or rename the file), but it can be very inconvenient.

I met the same problem and solved it by renaming the file and directory without space and other charactors other than english.
