Dupped Google Docs URLs

One of the things I'd love to use tabli for is organizing myriad google docs that I'm working with. Unfortunately, google changes the url out from under you at inauspicious times. For example, here's a document url:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Yq5NMhr7f-yiHzpe5JherSOj2gSKyUAAydBJ19LTANs/

But it may also appear as

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Yq5NMhr7f-yiHzpe5JherSOj2gSKyUAAydBJ19LTANs/edit#heading=h.u5czku8l9kvb/#edit

or if it has headings that you're moving through

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Yq5NMhr7f-yiHzpe5JherSOj2gSKyUAAydBJ19LTANs/edit#heading=h.u5czku8l9kvb

This means I might have a saved tab for the document, but my cursor is on a heading when I click away, if I go to search for that document, it will open a new tab.

One solution is to ignore the bit after the base url for the purposes of saving, but I can see use-cases where one might want to have links to specific headings saved. Not sure precisely what the solution is, but I thought I'd bring it up.
