currently we have Inbox and Outgoing messages, I would like to add a new page called conversation to combine Inbox and Outgoing messages

this will be useful for playSMS Android app

Currently playSMS only send SMS once, no retry mechanism

As stated in subject, need to add webservices method for external apps to do register, forgotpasssword and changepassword

this is due to the input time is in current user's timezone but data saved in UTC
