Need for entire refresh after coming back from Windows lockscreen

Corsair K95 Platinum RGB. When I lock Windows with Win + L, iCue & Aurora disconnect and Hardware lighting (on-board memory) takes over the board (whatever is set up, Rainbow wave for me).

Expected Behaviour

When I come back to unlock it, Aurora should perform a refresh for the entire keyboard.

Actual Behaviour

When I return from the lockscreen and Aurora takes back control over the lighting, it only updates things that change after the unlock. Everything else is still on the default hardware lighting from the on-board profile.

Reproduction steps

1. Lock Windows (Win + L), hardware lighting takes over
2. Wait a moment
3. Unlock, now some keys will be updated eg when CPU usage changes, but the rest will still be on the onboard lighting
