Problems with the package hosting? Takes a lot of time before starting the download and then it fails

It's been two days since I'm having this problem while I try to run composer install/update. It stops on pragmarx/support and it stays like this for at least 15 minutes before returning the yellow message

I tried with 3 different computers and with 4 different networks (mobile and fiber with different operators) and the situation is always the same, are you aware of any problem about this?
